Job summary

ABB seeks a Group Account Manager for the Data Center segment, to develop and manage account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve issues, while providing input on market price trends.

The role reports to Segment Manager and is primarily remote, with domestic and international travel as needed to engage clients and support ABB’s global businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven sales leadership and account management experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across other business areas and groups.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, value adding solutions.
• Coordinates sales activities, monitors current projects, and manages resolution of customer problems.
• Gives input on market price developments and tendencies.
• Strengthens longterm customer relationships and fosters cross-team collaboration.
