Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of meaningful experience.
• Strong capabilities in accounting, budgeting, grant management, compliance, and reporting are required.

Responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements into the program and monitors processes; maintains internal records and systems.
• Coordinates program budget development and facilitation with leadership while ensuring funder expectations and internal controls.
• Monitors budgets and expenditures, analyzes financial activity, provides variance reporting and forecasting guidance.
• Collaborates with finance, legal, operations, development, advocacy, and IT to ensure policy compliance.
• Develops and maintains internal systems, controls, and documentation for audit readiness and program management.
• Acts as Voices technology coordinator to optimize systems supporting grantmaking and reporting.
• Builds relationships with internal teams, partners, and grantees to enable collaboration and outcomes.
• Leads or contributes to cross-functional initiatives and project teams requiring coordination and change management.
• Contributes to operational planning for grant-making with system enhancements to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Provides coaching and oversight to team members; may serve as team lead.
