Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required with 5+ years of sales or account management experience (or equivalent with more years).
• Experience with U.S. government customers, ideally FAA or related agencies.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or digital solutions and complex deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA account growth strategy focusing on pipeline development, new business capture, revenue expansion, and market penetration.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities across software, digital solutions, consulting, and development.
• Build executive relationships with procurement, contracting, program leadership, operations, and technical teams to position GE Aerospace for wins.
• Develop and execute capture plans, pursuit strategies, and win plans aligned to customer priorities and timelines.
• Drive account planning to identify whitespace, funding paths, procurements, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to craft tailored value propositions and solution strategies for FAA missions.
