Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, or digital solutions to government customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage long, complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA account growth strategy with focus on pipeline development, new business capture, and revenue expansion.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities across software, digital solutions, consulting, and development offerings.
• Build executive relationships with procurement, contracts, program leadership, and technical teams to position GE Aerospace for wins.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, pursuit plans, and win strategies aligned to customer priorities and timelines.
• Drive account planning to identify whitespace, funding paths, and upcoming procurements.
