Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Government Sales Director - Software to lead the FAA account, drive growth, and shape complex, multi-element offerings. You will partner with product, engineering, consulting, and proposals teams to win differentiated software and digital solutions for government customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales or account management experience (or equivalent experience).
Experience selling software, digital solutions, and complex services to government customers.

Responsibilities

Lead FAA account growth strategy including pipeline development and revenue expansion.
Identify and close new opportunities across software, digital solutions, and services.
Build executive relationships across procurement, contracts, and program leadership.
Develop capture strategies and win plans aligned to customer priorities.
Drive account planning, funding pathways, and strategic growth opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functionally to craft tailored value propositions and proposals.
Lead commercial negotiations through award and transition to delivery.
