Thomson Reuters seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist for the Government sector. You will identify opportunities for Westlaw and CoCounsel, prospect new accounts, and demonstrate the platform to government agencies.

Remote-friendly role based in the United States (Eagan, MN region). You’ll build a strategic plan, collaborate with a team, and meet monthly/annual targets while staying current on market trends and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales success in the government or legal tech space.
• Strong understanding of legal technology and its government-sector applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify mid-contract and new government sales opportunities.
• Research key decision-makers within target agencies.
• Deliver tailored pitches and live platform demonstrations for Westlaw/CoCounsel.
• Execute strategic plans to penetrate accounts and exceed targets.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline and forecast.
