Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts.

The role focuses on trust with government partners, team health, staffing, and contract management to drive positive outcomes across large, complex projects. You will oversee delivery environments built on mutual trust, manage milestones and finances, and coordinate with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by direct flight or train.
• Experience with state government agencies, government contracting, and audit trails.
• Experience leading agile development teams and managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners and maintain high situational awareness.
• Identify and mitigate risks with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage clients regularly to ensure needs are met and progress is transparent.
• Grow the program with opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to solve problems and maintain delivery excellence.
