Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts.

You will guide trust with clients, staff health, contract management, and growth across a portfolio of programs, working with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Ideal candidates have 10+ years overseeing delivery for large projects, experience with government contracting, and a proven ability to scale agile teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and easily travel to Richmond, VA by direct flight, short connecting flight OR train/car.
• Experience with state government agencies, government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects with milestones, dependencies, and integrations risk.
• Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and CI/CD practices.
• Empathetic communicator and relationship builder with a service mindset.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations, processes, cultures, and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate trusted relationships with government partners and maintain high situational awareness.
• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues across delivery, process, culture, staffing, and finances.
• Engage clients regularly to understand vision and report progress transparently.
• Identify new opportunities and grow the program with CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-team problems.
• Help create delivery environments built on mutual trust between government partners and Nava.
