• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA.
• Experience with government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Leads large-scale agile teams and complex projects.
• Proficient in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement for a group of strategic contracts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with government partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve risks across delivery, process, and staffing.
