Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts and related business processes across the procurement cycle for their assigned portfolio. The right candidate will work independently and with teams from junior to senior levels, meeting deadlines and prioritizing contract items.

Candidates local to the DMV area may be required to adhere to a hybrid schedule. The salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 USD, reflecting the scope of responsibilities and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with 10+ years contracts experience or 15+ years overall.
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors.
• Knowledge of FAR and agency regulations, ethics and gov't property restrictions.
• Procurement process from requisition to contract enforcement.
• Experience with various contract types (FFP, Cost Reimb, T&M, IDIQ, Nondisclosure).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and Post-award Contract Support for Prime and Subcontract Agreements across an assigned portfolio; draft and negotiate agreements and modifications; liaise with officers and staff.
• Proposal Development: collaborate with BD, Pricing and technical teams on cost-based, T&M and fixed-price offers; review terms and risks.
• Compliance Oversight: guide staff on FAR and contract-specific compliance; prepare documents for federal contracting officials.
• Review and evaluate RFPs and contract changes within the portfolio; mitigate risk via term revisions.
• Support proposals, certifications, and cross-functional guidance to senior management; represent the company with government counterparts.
• Manage complex multi-award IT vehicles ensuring mandatory reporting and off-ramp/on-ramp procedures.
