Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements; draft and negotiate contracts; manage documentation and closeouts.
• Proposal development with BD, Pricing, and technical services to support cost-based, T&M, and FP offers; assess terms and risks.
• Provide compliance guidance on FAR and client-specific requirements; prepare documents for federal contracting officials; ensure audit readiness.
