Job summary

Karsun Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts, subcontracts, and related processes across the procurement lifecycle. You will interact with stakeholders from junior to executive levels, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are managed across a large portfolio.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, deep FAR knowledge, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and extensive contracts experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and subcontracts for government customers.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and agency-specific rules and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements; draft, negotiate, and modify contracts.
• Collaborate with BD, Pricing, and technical teams on proposals and risk review.
• Provide guidance on FAR compliance and corporate policy; prepare documents for audit review.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and contract changes within the portfolio.
• Suggest risk-mitigating approaches and pricing strategies.
• Support proposals, certifications, and cross-functional collaboration with government counterparts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across BD, Accounting, and PMO.
• Administer contract modifications and liaise with government counterparts on compliance.
