Karsun Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts, subcontracts, and related business processes across the procurement cycle for an assigned portfolio. The role requires independent work and effective teamwork, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing contract-related items in a large organization.

Candidates local to the DMV area may need to adhere to a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience or 15 years of relevant contracts experience.
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors.
• Familiarity with CPSR, FAR, and agency-specific regulations.
• Strong procurement process knowledge from requisition to contract enforcement.
• Experience with various contract types including FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M, IDIQ.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and Post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements; review solicitations and draft contracts.
• Proposal development with Business Development, Pricing, and technical teams for various offer types.
• Provide guidance on FAR compliance and corporate policies; prepare documentation for audits.
• Review and evaluate RFPs/RFQs and contract changes within the portfolio.
• Mitigate risk by suggesting changes to terms, pricing strategies, and approaches.
• Support proposals and interact with U.S. Government counterparts; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
