Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts, subcontracts, and related business processes across the procurement cycle. You’ll interact with stakeholders from junior to senior levels and prioritize contract items to meet deadlines.

Candidates local to the DMV area may work on a hybrid schedule. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of government contracting practices to ensure compliance and successful proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with at least 10 years of experience or at least 15 years of relevant contracts experience.
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors.
• Knowledge of CPSR and approval process.
• FAR and agency-specific acquisition regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and Post-award Contract Support for Prime and Subcontract Agreements for an assigned portfolio; draft/negotiate contracts and modifications.
• Proposal Development with Business Development, Pricing and technical staff for various offer types.
• Compliance Oversight on FAR requirements and corporate policy; document submission to Federal contracting officials.
• Review and evaluate RFPs/RFQs and changes to contracts within the portfolio.
• Suggest approaches to mitigate risk and revise terms/pricing accordingly.
• Support proposal initiatives, review solicitations, prepare certifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
