Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead prime and subcontract agreements across a government portfolio. You will negotiate terms, manage the full procurement cycle, and advise on compliance for complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required; 10+ years contracts experience preferred or 15+ years of relevant contracts experience
• Experience managing large-scale contracts for government contractors
• Familiarity with CPSR and approval processes
• Knowledge of FAR and agency-specific regulations, ethics, and government property restrictions
• Understanding of procurement processes from requisition to enforcement
• Experience in federal contract negotiation and management best practices
• Experience with diverse contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, IDIQ, NDAs)
• Experience with GSA schedules and GWACs; working with cost-plus, firm-fixed-price, and T&M contracts
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication; ability to interface with customers professionally
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements; review solicitations for risks; draft and negotiate contracts; manage documentation; liaise with contracting officers; negotiate scope changes; pursue payment/collection issues; closeout documentation
• Develop proposals with BD, pricing, and technical teams for cost-based, T&M, and fixed-price offers; review terms for acceptability and risk
• Provide compliance guidance regarding FAR and contract-specific issues; prepare and submit documents to Federal contracting officials; ensure audit readiness
• Review and evaluate RFPs/RFQs and contract changes within assigned portfolio
• Suggest risk-mitigating approaches; revise terms and pricing strategies
• Support proposals; review solicitations for compliance; prepare certifications; review cost/pricing; advise cross-functional teams; represent company with government counterparts
• Establish relationships with stakeholders across BD, Accounting, PM, etc.; coordinate for ongoing management of business and contractual issues
• Process and administer contract modifications; work with government counterparts on compliance issues
• Manage complex multi-award IT vehicles; ensure CAF reporting, ISRs/SSRs, SCRs; FFATA compliance; off-ramp/on-ramp procedures
• Monitor spending caps, performance periods, and labor mapping for task orders
• Assert intellectual property rights appropriately in proposals/deliverables
• Develop, negotiate, and administer Small Business Subcontracting Plans
• Monitor prime contract goals and CPARS performance
