Job summary

You will review solicitations, draft and negotiate agreements, ensure FAR compliance, manage complex multi‑award vehicles and coordinate with BD, Accounting and Program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 10+ years contracts experience.
• Experience managing large-scale government contracts.
• FAR knowledge and agency-specific acquisition regulations.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience with CPSR and approval process.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contract modifications and NDAs.
• Coordinate with BD, Pricing, and technical staff on proposals.
• Ensure FAR compliance and corporate policies in contracting.
• Manage multi-award IT vehicles and related reporting requirements.
• Liaise with contracting officers and client staff as needed.
