Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts, subcontracts and related processes throughout the procurement cycle. The role requires independent work and strong collaboration with teams across the organization, from junior to senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with at least 10 years of experience or 15 years of relevant contracts experience.
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors.
• Knowledge of FAR and agency-specific acquisition regulations, ethics, and government property restrictions.
• Experience with different contract types: FFP, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, IDIQ, Teaming and NDAs.
• Experience with GSA Schedule contracts and GWACs and cost-plus, firm fixed price and T&M contracts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements across an assigned portfolio.
• Draft, negotiate and modify contracts, amendments, teaming agreements and NDAs; manage documentation.
• Liaise with contracting officers and client-finance staff; negotiate scope changes and contract mods.
• Support proposal development with BD, Pricing and technical staff; review terms and risk.
• Ensure FAR and corporate policy compliance; prepare documents for audit.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and contract changes; advise on risk and pricing strategies.
• Oversee complex multi-award IT vehicles and required reporting (FFATA, ISRs, SSRs, CAF).
• Protect intellectual property rights in proposals and deliverables.
• Identify, mitigate and manage organizational conflicts of interest.
