Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead prime and subcontracts across the full procurement cycle for a portfolio involving federal government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with 10+ years or 15 years of contracts experience.
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors.
• Knowledge of CPSR and approval process.
• Knowledge of FAR and agency-specific acquisition regulations, ethics, and government property restrictions.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes from requisition to contract enforcement.
• Experience in federal contract negotiation and management best practices.
• Experience with diverse contract types including FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M, IDIQ, Teaming Agreements and NDAs.
• Experience with GSA Schedule contracts and GWACs, and with cost-plus, firm fixed price, and T&M contracts.
• Excellent analytical and communications skills (oral and written).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-award contract support for prime and subcontract agreements; manage documentation and liaise with contracting officials.
• Support proposal development with cross-functional teams; review terms and conditions for risk and acceptability.
• Provide guidance on FAR compliance and corporate policy; prepare documents for federal contracting officials.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and contract changes within the portfolio; mitigate risk and suggest improvements.
• Support proposals, certifications, cost/pricing reviews, and interactions with government counterparts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (BD, Accounting, PM) for ongoing management of contracts.
