Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracts, subcontracts, and related business processes across the procurement lifecycle. The role requires independent work, cross-functional interaction, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a large organization.

The right candidate will manage pre- and post-award tasks, RFP reviews, and compliance oversight, with potential hybrid work for DMV-area candidates. A Public Trust clearance is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with at least 10 years of contracts experience
• Experience managing large scale contracts for government contractors
• Knowledge of FAR, CPSR, and agency-specific regulations
• Experience with different contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, IDIQ)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Pre- and Post-award contract support for Prime and Subcontract agreements across an assigned portfolio
• Proposal development coordination with BD, Pricing, and technical teams
• Provide guidance on FAR compliance and corporate policy
• Review and evaluate RFPs and contract changes
• Support proposals and represent the company with U.S. Government counterparts
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across BD, Accounting, and PM groups
• Manage contract modifications and government liaison activities
• Oversee multi-award IT vehicles and contract reporting requirements
• Monitor spending caps, labor category mapping, and task order proposals
• Protect intellectual property rights in proposals and deliverables
• Develop and administer Small Business Subcontracting Plans
• Monitor prime contract goals and CPARS performance
• Identify and manage Organizational Conflicts of Interest
