Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA terms. You will coordinate with the Office of the General Counsel, monitor SAM.gov registrations, and support proposal responses, NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of federal contracting experience, with knowledge of OASIS+ and related GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS, GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (OASIS+ preferred).
• Knowledge of SAM.gov entity registrations and annual representations and certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and related contracting rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and submit relevant contract vehicles, whether competitive or non-competitive.
• Prepare contractual and grant documentation to support submissions.
• Assist with proposals: language, representations, certifications, terms and conditions.
