Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA requirements, and SAM.gov registrations.

You will coordinate with OGC, review NDAs and subcontracts, and ensure on-time deliverables. This role may supervise others and requires meticulous attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of government contracting operations (FAR, DFARS, GSA)
• Experience coordinating with OGC for legal review of documents
• Ability to prepare compliant proposal content, representations and certifications
• Experience maintaining SAM.gov registrations and annual reps and certs

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and recommends contract and grant vehicles (FAR/DFARS/GSA/GWACs)
• Prepares and coordinates required contract and grant documentation for submissions
• Monitors ongoing reporting, renewal, and admin requirements of active vehicles
• Coordinates NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal
• Reviews RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinates legal review
