Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts & Compliance Senior Manager to lead lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA rules. The role coordinates with OGC on NDAs and subcontracts, maintains SAM.gov filings, and reviews proposals for compliance and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive federal contracts experience, GA state/local regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years or more of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments, required
• Three (3) years or more of direct administration of a GSA MAS or federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle, preferred
• Experience owning a SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications, preferred
• Three (3) years or more supporting federal, state and local government proposals, preferred
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, GSA terms, and related contracting rules, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants
• Coordinate with OGC for legal reviews, NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts
• Prepare compliant proposal content and representations, certifications, and terms
• Monitor compliance with FAR/DFARS, GSA, SAM.gov, and other requirements
