BDO USA is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, GSA requirements, and GWAC/IDIQs. You will coordinate with OGC on NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, manage SAM.gov registrations, and support bid responses with strong risk and policy input.

Qualificações

• Seven (7) years or more of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments, required
• Three (3) years or more of direct administration of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract or a federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle, preferred
• Demonstrated experience owning a SAM.gov entity registration, including annual renewal and FAR 52.204-8 representations, preferred
• Three (3) years or more supporting federal, state and local government proposals, preferred
• Experience applying knowledge of Federal Acquisitions Regulations, Defense Acquisitions Regulations and other contracting rules, preferred
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 8.4 and FAR Part 16.5, required
• Solid understanding of federal government proposal processes and requirements
• Experience managing federal registrations across multiple affiliated legal entities with UEIs and CAGE codes, preferred
• Prior experience in a professional services firm, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants under FAR, DFARS, GSA and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles
• Coordinate with OGC for legal review of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts
• Monitor SAM.gov registrations, representations and certifications, and ensure timely deliverables
• Provide business-facing input on proposals, terms and conditions, and risk assessments
• Advise on contract terms, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates
• Supervise staff and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across legal, compliance, and delivery teams
• Develop and report on contracts metrics and improvement opportunities
• Lead process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction
