Qualificações

• US citizenship required due to client base.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a government clearance.
• Understanding of consulting process to identify best solutions and ensure customer success.
• Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects.
• Understanding of network technologies, web performance, security, methodologies or architectures.
• Excellent communication to build trust and ensure customer success.
• Team player with ability to work remotely and independently.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Strategizing to establish key relationships, building and maintaining a project pipeline and delivering customer targets effectively.
• Partnering with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions to make the best recommendations for their needs.

• Being the central point of contact for the customer and cross-functional teams.
