Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager II to lead customer success initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for major digital commerce clients. You will guide architecture decisions and drive adoption of Akamai solutions across web performance, cloud, and security domains.

You will work with sales and pre-sales to expand service usage, manage large programs, and mentor cross-functional teams in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing/consulting-like role.
• Experience delivering large technical programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps and core Internet tech (DNS, TLS, HTTP).

Responsibilities

• Own customer success and trusted advisory relationships.
• Conduct research/assessments to guide architecture/adoption decisions.
