Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager II for Government Services to drive cloud strategy execution for government clients.

You will manage engagements from pre-sales through service delivery, align with customer objectives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires citizenship and the ability to obtain a government clearance, plus a proven track record in delivering technical customer projects and a deep understanding of

Qualifications

Must understand consulting process to identify best solutions and ensure customer success.
Experience delivering technical customer projects.
Deep understanding of network technologies, web performance, and web security.
Strong communication to build trust and ensure customer success.
Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

Strategize to establish key relationships, build and maintain a project pipeline, and deliver customer targets.
Partner with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions.
Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on customer needs.
Serve as central point of contact for customer and cross-functional teams.
Own program management and be a trusted advisor to ensure maximum value.
