Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Detroit is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead the AWS Connect CCaaS go-to-market strategy and drive revenue with major enterprise accounts.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Partner teams, and sales colleagues to close complex deals and extend AWS reach. A focus on market penetration and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS selling to C-level executives.
• 3+ years selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue, adoption and market penetration.
• Lead sales efforts with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Reps, Solutions Architects, Partners, and engagements at the CxO level.
• Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to convey compelling value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts with the core sales organization and partners.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and market share for AWS and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
