Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Detroit, MI seeks an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the leader for Amazon Connect, a CCaaS solution. You will drive end-to-end go-to-market, manage strategic accounts, and partner with Solutions Architects, and senior executives to shape deals.

The role requires 5+ years of direct software or SaaS sales to C-levels and a track record in contact centers. You will develop plans, negotiate contracts, and help customers adopt AWS cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
