AWS is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead go-to-market for Amazon Connect—Amazon’s CCaaS. You will drive revenue, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partners to win multi‑million opportunities.

You’ll engage CXOs, develop comprehensive GTM plans, own the sales pipeline, and guide complex deals across pricing models, integrations, and adoption across customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS selling to C-level executives.
• 3+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
