Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding to lead the ASCEND program on a 7-month fixed term basis. You will coordinate global onboarding, partner with Sales L&D, Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a high-quality experience for new sellers worldwide.

The role focuses on program management, content readiness, and scalable delivery across regions, with an emphasis on ensuring practical, actionable learning experiences and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional environments and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience developing and/or delivering learning experiences in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person Sales Onboarding experience, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across global hubs and cohorts.
• Build and manage the integrated program plan across curriculum, facilitators, speakers, participants, communications, logistics, technology, and learning materials.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales L&D and a broad group of cross-functional partners, driving clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Partner with subject matter experts across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other functions to translate business priorities and expertise into relevant learning experiences.
• Manage speaker and facilitator readiness, including content deadlines, session preparation, rehearsals, materials, and day-of execution.
• Coordinate closely with event, workplace, travel, and regional partners to deliver seamless in-person experiences across global locations.
