Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of ASCEND, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience globally.
• Build and manage the integrated program plan across curriculum, facilitators, speakers, participants, communications, logistics, technology, and materials.
• Coordinate with Sales L&D and cross-functional partners to drive ownership, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop learning experiences that translate business priorities into practical, scalable content for sellers.
• Maintain calendars, readiness, and day-of execution across global locations.
