Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding to join the People organization on a 7-month fixed-term basis.

You will lead ASCEND, coordinating content, people, operations, and partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for new sellers worldwide. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person Sales Onboarding experience, coordinating people, content, operations and partners.
• Own end-to-end coordination of a complex global program across cohorts and regions.
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant resources, and program materials.
• Manage speaker readiness, session prep, rehearsals, and day-of execution.
• Maintain program calendars, dashboards, and recurring operating rhythms.
• Analyze data across cohorts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other functions to translate priorities into learning experiences.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional contributors to meet deadlines.
