Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding to lead ASCEND, the global in-person Sales Onboarding experience.

You will orchestrate cohort planning, stakeholder coordination, facilitator readiness, and participant experience across multiple regions to ramp new sellers effectively. You will build and manage an integrated program plan covering curriculum, speakers, communications, logistics, and learning materials, while partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related field.
• Experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Strong project management skills with ability to reprioritize quickly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person Sales Onboarding program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into learning experiences.
• Manage speaker and facilitator readiness, including content deadlines and rehearsals.
• Maintain program calendars and operating rhythms for global cohorts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvements for curriculum and delivery.
• Build facilitator guides, participant resources, and learning materials.
