Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding to manage ASCEND, its global in-person Sales Onboarding program. You will coordinate curriculum, speakers, logistics, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver a high-quality experience for new sellers worldwide.

This role combines Learning & Development with program management in a fast-moving, global sales environment. You will design and sustain engaging learning experiences, ensure content remains current, and measure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination and execution of ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person onboarding experience across hubs and cohorts.
• Build and manage the integrated program plan across curriculum, facilitators, speakers, participants, communications, logistics, technology, and learning materials.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales L&D and cross-functional partners, driving ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with SMEs across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other functions to translate priorities into learning experiences.
• Manage speaker and facilitator readiness, including deadlines, rehearsals, and day-of execution.
• Coordinate with event, workplace, travel, and regional partners for seamless in-person experiences globally.
• Maintain ASCEND program calendar and operating rhythm; plan cohorts well in advance.
