Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end corporate recruiting for GTM, Engineering/Product, and G&A roles across the Americas. You will manage intake, posting, proactive sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and closing, while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and ensuring accurate ATS governance.

The role is 100% remote with Eastern Time Zone coverage, requiring collaboration with executive hiring managers to build diverse pipelines and provide market

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience, ideally in-house.
• Proven GTM hiring expertise across roles like Enterprise AEs, SDRs, SEs, CS, and Revenue Operations.
• Cross-functional recruiting across Engineering/Technical and G&A functions.
• Experience sourcing across the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM).
• Advanced outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; strong ATS data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle corporate recruiting from intake strategy to closing.
• Own requisitions across GTM, Engineering/Product, and G&A functions.
• Develop and execute regional hiring strategies across the Americas.
• Provide market intelligence, pipeline transparency, and recruitment metrics.
