Job summary

Constructor is seeking an Associate GTM Recruiter to source and engage talent for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will work with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learning hands-on recruitment while taking on increasing ownership.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, candidate relationship building, and collaboration with hiring managers in multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role.
• Strong written communication, from candidate emails to hiring manager updates.
• You want to learn the craft of recruiting, not just follow a checklist.
• Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

Responsibilities

• Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuck
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones
• Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch it
• Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring data
