ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Engineering/Product, and select internal roles in a 100% remote, ET-aligned environment. You will own strategy, sourcing, screening, offers, and closing while partnering with executives to build strong pipelines across the Americas.

The role requires experience with outbound sourcing, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics in a fast-growth software/SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience, ideally in-house within software/SaaS/tech.
• Proven GTM hiring expertise (e.g., Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success).
• Cross‑functional recruiting across Engineering/Tech and G&A functions.
• Experience recruiting across the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America) and partnering with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle corporate recruiting from intake through closing.
• Own requisitions across GTM, Engineering/Product, and select internal corporate roles.
• Develop and execute regional hiring strategies across the Americas with focus on compliance and pipeline coverage.
• Partner with executive hiring managers providing market intelligence and guidance.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and accurate ATS governance.
