Constructor is seeking an Associate GTM Recruiter to fuel Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You’ll own sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and offers, with room to grow into full-cycle recruitment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting or related experience; SDR/BDR is a plus.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up.
• Highly organized; spots issues early.
• Strong written communication with candidates and managers.
• Discretion with sensitive compensation and candidate data.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn recruiting.
• Ability to work across time zones (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Keep our pipeline accurate and moving; advance candidates and maintain data cleanliness.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers and candidates in multiple time zones.
• Provide clear, timely communication and a great candidate experience.
• Identify friction in the hiring process and suggest fixes.
• Use AI daily to draft outreach, summarize notes, and speed up research.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools (Claude, Juicebox) and our data.
