You will translate business objectives into hiring strategies, improve processes, capacity planning, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, candidate experience, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, including 2+ years in sales or commercial hiring.
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing recruiting teams.
• SaaS industry experience in recruiting for technology-driven business models.
• Ability to translate business needs into hiring plans and capacity.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and improve outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Talent Acquisition partners to meet hiring goals with quality of hire.
• Translate annual hiring objectives into quarterly plans and capacity models.
• Develop deep GTM and commercial hiring expertise to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business goals.
• Drive scalability and efficiency across international teams and processes.
• Balance workload and priorities based on business needs and team capacity.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, engagement, and decision-making.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
