Job summary

Intuit seeks a leader to unify and scale the Global Partner Program for ISV partners, designing the program architecture, eligibility rules, and operating plans. You will drive adoption, enablement, and support, partnering with legal, finance, product, and GTM to align incentives and outcomes.

You will manage phased rollouts, partner readiness, and governance, ensuring real-time visibility and strong partner sentiment across a global ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define program architecture, governance, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption strategies to grow partner engagement and usage.
• Lead end-to-end rollout and readiness for new program features and partner migrations.
• Own partner onboarding, activation, benefits, and tracking with internal tools (PRM, Billing).
• Define KPIs, telemetry, and reporting aligned to business objectives.
