Job summary

Workday is seeking a talented Enablement Architect to join the Partner Excellence team to deliver scaled, repeatable sales enablement for external partners and Workday's Global Partner Organization. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum architecture, instructional design, or talent development in a large-scale global enterprise, ideally focused on external partners.
• 5+ years of experience managing global flagship enablement academies (such as sales onboarding, customer success academies, or technical partner academies).
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with program managers, field enablement operations, and executive business leaders.
• 1+ years of experience applying enterprise AI solutions to manage and scale massive learning databases, tagging, and modular curriculum maps.

Responsibilities

• Flagship Curriculum Architecture & Design: Define scope, objectives, learning maps, and sequential paths for global programs across Partners.
• Program Owner & Readiness Co-Design: Collaborate with owners to design and maintain high-impact curriculum tracks.
• Multi-Architect Collaboration: Work with Product and Functional Architects to integrate and launch initiatives.
• Content Governance & Quality Alignment: Oversee content, guide LXDs, and integrate new materials into the catalog.
• Global Cohort Performance & Analytics: Co-own dashboards, report trends, ramp, and quality markers.
