Job summary

Workday is seeking an Enablement Architect to join the Partner Excellence team. You will shape global flagship programs, drive AI-enhanced learning, and align onboarding with role readiness for external partners across the enterprise.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Functional Architects to integrate GTM initiatives, maintain learning libraries, and contribute to GA readiness for new products and major releases. This role values scalable, global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum architecture, instructional design, or talent development in a large-scale global enterprise, ideally focused on external partners.

Responsibilities

• Flagship Curriculum Architecture & Design: Define the overall scope, high-level objectives, structured learning maps, and sequential learning paths for weeks/months-long global programs and academies across Partners.
• Program Owner & Readiness Co-Design: Partner with program owner counterparts to co-design and maintain high-impact curriculum tracks.
• Multi-Architect Collaboration: Collaborate with Product & Functional Architects on critical initiatives to support curriculum integration.
• Content Governance & Quality Alignment: Provide strict content oversight and integrate new materials into the catalog.
• Global Cohort Performance & Analytics: Co-own and analyze flagship program performance dashboards and report trends.
