Job summary

Workday is seeking an Enablement Architect to join our Partner Excellence team to deliver scalable, multi-modal learning for external partners and Workday's Global Partner Organization. The Principal Curriculum Enablement Architect will design strategy, sequencing, and cohesive experiences across onboarding, upskilling, and accreditation programs.

You will split time across flagship programs, GTM-onboarding integration, and analytics governance, collaborating with Product and Functional

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in curriculum architecture, instructional design, or talent development in a large-scale global enterprise.
5+ years of experience managing global flagship enablement academies (sales onboarding, customer success academies, or technical partner academies).
5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with program managers, enablement operations, and executive leaders.
1+ years of applying enterprise AI solutions to manage learning databases and curriculum maps.

Responsibilities

Define scope, learning maps, and sequences for global programs and academies.
Co-design and maintain flagship curriculum tracks with program owners and role readiness teams.
Collaborate with Product and Functional Architects to integrate initiatives into curriculum.
Provide content governance and ensure material aligns with catalog standards.
Co-own flagship program performance dashboards and report trends and ramp success.
