Job summary

Workday is seeking an Enablement Architect to lead global flagship programs and academies, focusing on partner onboarding and AI-driven role-based learning. You will design scalable curricula and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, measurable learning experiences.

You will also drive analytics, governance, and alignment with Workday Learning standards while preparing for new product GA readiness and continuous upskilling across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in curriculum architecture or talent development for large enterprises.
• 5+ years leading flagship enablement academies (sales onboarding, customer success, or partner academies).
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with program managers and executives.
• 1+ years applying enterprise AI to learning databases and curriculum maps.
• Experience with global partner enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and learning maps for global flagship programs and academies across partners.
• Co-design and maintain high-impact curriculum tracks with program owners and role readiness teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Functional Architects to integrate initiatives into curricula.
