Qualifications

• 10+ years in curriculum architecture or talent development in a large-scale global enterprise.
• 5+ years managing global flagship enablement academies from strategy to delivery.
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with program managers and leaders.
• 1+ years applying enterprise AI solutions to manage learning databases and curriculum maps.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and learning maps for global flagship programs across Partners.
• Co-design readiness tracks with program owners and role readiness counterparts.
• Collaborate with Product and Functional Architects to integrate initiatives.
• Ensure content governance and alignment with standards across flagship programs.
• Analyze cohort performance and provide insights via dashboards.
