Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Enablement Architect to join our Partner Excellence team to deliver scalable sales enablement for external partners and the Global Partner Organization. You will design and sequence flagship programs, ensuring role-based onboarding and ongoing upskilling.

Primary focus includes building global academies, aligning GTM initiatives with Functional Architects, and maintaining accurate learning content with analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in curriculum architecture, instructional design, or talent development in a large global enterprise.
• 5+ years managing global flagship enablement academies from strategy to delivery.
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with program managers and executives.
• 1+ years applying enterprise AI solutions to scale learning databases and modular curriculum maps.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, learning maps, and sequential paths for global flagship programs.
• Co-design high-impact curriculum tracks with owners and readiness counterparts.
• Collaborate with Product and Functional Architects on critical initiatives.
• Provide content governance and integrate new materials into the catalog.
• Co-own dashboards and report cohort trends and ramp success.
