Responsibilities

• Design global flagship curricula and academies across Partners.
• Co-design readiness with program owners and role readiness counterparts.
• Collaborate with Product and Functional Architects to integrate initiatives.
• Govern content quality and integrate materials into the catalog.
• Co-own and analyze flagship program dashboards; report trends and ramp success.
