You will shape curriculum strategy, design comprehensive onboarding, and ensure seamless integration with GTM initiatives, while partnering with Product and Functional Architects to advance learning across Workday’s partner ecosystem. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum architecture, instructional design, or talent development in a large-scale global enterprise, ideally focused on external partners.
• 5+ years of experience managing global flagship enablement academies from strategy to delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with program managers, field enablement operations, and executive leaders.
• 1+ years of experience applying enterprise AI solutions to manage and scale massive learning databases and modular curriculum maps.

Responsabilités

• Flagship Curriculum Architecture & Design: define scope and learning maps for weeks/months-long programs across Partners.
• Program Owner & Readiness Co-Design: co-design high-impact curriculum tracks with program owners and readiness teams.
• Multi-Architect Collaboration: work with Product and Functional Architects to integrate initiatives into curricula.
• Content Governance & Quality Alignment: oversee flagship programs and guide content creation for the catalog.
• Global Cohort Performance & Analytics: analyze dashboards, track ramp, and report trends during reviews.
