AimHire is partnering with a global medical technology leader to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Americas Talent Acquisition team. The role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on recruitment across multiple functions in a hybrid Lone Tree, CO setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of corporate recruitment experience, proven success hiring senior leaders, and strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills. The role is contract-to-hire with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4+ years recruiting experience in-house, agency, or search firm.
• Experience recruiting senior-level talent (Director and above) in a matrixed environment.
• Proven sourcing via search firms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned region and functions using the company's process and ATS.
• Build diverse talent pools through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referrals.
• Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, criteria, and assessments; lead debriefs.
