Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (Americas) to lead full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and regional leadership to fuel rapid growth. The role supports in-house hiring in a fast-paced, global, hybrid environment with 3x weekly in-office requirements.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end delivery, manage multi-role searches, and drive proactive sourcing strategies while aligning with compensation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with direct ownership of requisitions.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches across job families.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US hiring practices and regional market nuances.
• Hybrid work format (3x in-office) with travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned requisitions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies where possible.
• Lead interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications for a high-quality experience.
• Lead offers in partnership with HR and Hiring Managers, including compensation discussions.
